Housing Assistance

Most agencies that provide local housing assistance are still doing so, please call them for assistance or call Information Referral & Assistance Services.

Utility Assistance

Community Action of Eastern Iowa serves Clinton, Scott, Muscatine and Cedar counties in Iowa. They can be reached at 563-243-5220 or 563 324-3236.

Food Assistance

United Way does not provide direct funding or assistance to individuals/families, we provide funding to local non-profit agencies that specialize in providing help. Some Clinton County, IA food pantries have altered their operations, call first before attempting to visit. For urgent assistance, call Information Referral & Assistance Services.
